What Teampeep is

Teampeep is a web service for running retros, polls and quizzes with your team, at app.teampeep.com. You sign in with a link we send to your email address. Guests can join a session with a code and no account.

Early access

Teampeep is in early access. Some features are still being built, things will change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. The product page shows what works today.

The free plan covers up to 10 people with an account. Paid plans aren’t available yet, so we don’t charge anything.

Your organization

  • Your organization’s owners and admins decide who can join it, through invites and verified email domains.
  • They can remove members. Facilitators run their team’s sessions and moderate the answers.
  • Keep your email account secure. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

Your content is yours

You and your organization own the questions, answers, comments and themes you put into Teampeep. We store and show them so the service works. We don’t claim ownership of any of it.

What you can’t use Teampeep for

  • Anything illegal.
  • Harassing, threatening or bullying people, including in anonymous answers.
  • Spam, or sending people links they didn’t ask for.
  • Trying to get into another organization’s data, or to find out who wrote an anonymous answer.
  • Attacking, overloading or reverse engineering the service.

Leaving Teampeep

There is nothing to cancel, because nothing is charged. To delete your organization and everything in it, email support@teampeep.com from an owner’s address. Before you go, you can download each session’s results as a CSV.

  • Privacy: what we collect and how anonymous sessions work.
  • Data processing: how we handle your organization’s data on its behalf.
